Field Farm cottage, parts of which are over 300 years old, sits in a lovely country setting.
Located within easy reach of the A4/M4 in Sulhamstead,
Berkshire.
Lovely borders spill over the lawn and there is a large pond which is fed by a natural spring.
Bedrooms are simple, but inviting, with sloping-ceilings.
Breakfast in the kitchen is informal and good. When the fox hasn't had the chickens you will get our own free range
eggs. You will still get local eggs & produce along with home made marmalade
and muesli.

- 1 double with en-suite shower £95 per night.
- Single occupancy £85 per night.
- 1 double with separate bathroom (bath only, no shower) £90 per night. Single occupancy £80 per night
*Min 2 nights - There is a 10% discount for stays of 3 nights or more.

Directions: M4 Junction 12, take the A4 towards Newbury. After approx. 2 miles turn left at the Spring Inn. Continue on that lane for 1 mile PAST two left hand turnings. Field Farm Cottage is on the left 200yrds from the 2nd left hand turning by a 30mph sign. Drive into the yard and park on the right. Our cottage is on the right opposite the barn.
